If you take medication on a long-term basis, you can ask for a repeat prescription by leaving a request in the repeat prescription request box at reception or by faxing a request to the practice. Requests for repeat medication are not taken over the telephone except in certain circumstances.
Your prescription will be available for you to pick up in 48 working hours, Monday to Friday (except bank holidays).
We have started using Electronic Prescribing Service, if you wish to use please let staff or Clinician know of your nominated pharmacy.

Manage your healthcare provision online
We have introduced a new service called Emis Online Services. This will let you interact with our practice using the Internet at your convenience, even when we are closed. You will be able to book appointments, cancel appointments, and request medication through your medical record.
You will need to register with the practice to access this service, and once registered you will be given information that will enable you to create your username and password.
